The percentages customers who do not return = 100%-76% = 24%
Similarly, we can calculate the customers who came back and rated KBC fair = 100 – (57+36) = 7%
There are two types of people who rate the restaurant as good; who came back and who did not return.
Percentage of customers rated the restaurant as good = (who came back and rated as good) + (not return and rated as good)] On plugging in the numbers we have,
Percentage of customers rated the restaurant as good = (76% * 36%) + (24% * 32%)
= 27.36% + 7.68%
= 35%


The question is "What percentage of customers rated the restaurant as good?"

Hence, the answer is, "35%"
