Wondering which B-schools will accept 95+ for MBA admission? Worried if you miss out the chance to join your dream b – school even after scoring 95+ percentile? While many aspirants believe that scoring 95+ in CAT cannot help them to bag a seat in the top b-schools of our country, but the story might be a little different. All the candidate securing 95+ percentile in CAT may receive calls from several B-schools for admission, but it is also important to understand which B-school is the right choice for you. There are many other b-schools apart from IIM that can prove to be ideal for you. Therefore, merely waiting for an IIM call might not be the only choice for you. It’s better to go through the list given below to understand the admission policy and, also prioritize your requirements beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scoring in the neighborhood of 95+ would be slightly tricky for the candidates, as these candidates might not get a call from the cream de la creme b-schools. They will have to target the Tier 2 B-schools for MBA admissions. It is not that there is any dearth of MBA colleges that will accept candidate with 95+ percentile CAT score, instead candidates have a very wide range of choice in this percentile range as a number of renowned b-schools also accept candidates with this percentile range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since different b-schools follow different admission policy in which CAT score is only one of the factors. Academic diversity, gender diversity, academic background, work experience and many other factors come into the picture during the selection process. 2. IIM Shillong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Same goes for IIM Shillong. You have to have exceptional academics throughout your academic career along with your CAT score to study at IIM Shillong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. SJSOM, IIT Bombay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SJSOM offers a rigorous two year MBA program. Since it is located in Mumbai, there’s a geographical advantage to that. As Mumbai is considered as the financial and commercial capital of India. The batch size is relatively small and the fee structure is also very low as compare to other top bschools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. SPJIMR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you have decent acads, but a stellar overall profile you can get a chance to study at SPJIMR with a 95+ percentile. SPJIMR offers a 2 year full time programme which is ranked among the top 10 two year programmes within India. What if you have above average acads?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. MDI Gurgaon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MDI Gurgaon is one of the top b-schools of India and a front runner in setting the precedents among b-schools on quality management education. Learning and placement at MDI is second to none. This b-school is a dream campus for many CAT aspirant. If you don’t have e very good academic track record but a decent CAT score you can still hope to get into MDI Gurgaon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. DMS, IIT Delhi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The next college in our list is IIT Delhi, which has established their brand name through consistent placement records. This college is known for their flagship MBA program. The cost for 2 year MBA program is relatively less, and it offers 100% placement in record times from industry biggies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. New IIMs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These are newly established but promising institutes. New IIMs are definitely a very good option for anybody looking to do an MBA from an established b-school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if you have average acads?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. NITIE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NITIE has been ranked among the top b-schools for several years. You can dream to get into this b-school even if you have an average academic track record. NITIE offers PGDIM AND PGDISEM as its prominent flagship MBA program of duration 2 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. IISC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

4. DFS, Delhi University<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

VGSOM, IIT KGP is one of the premier b-schools of India. The  The course fee is relatively lower as compared to other top colleges. So, ROI is quite good. The placements are decent. Lot of good companies (Big4 consulting, FMCG, IT services, Banks etc.) visit campus and offer good package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. IIT Kanpur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MBA at IIT Kanpur is one of the seven IITs offering MBA courses in India. 8. IIT Roorkee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

IIT Roorkee is a definitely a very good option for anybody looking to do an MBA from an established b-school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
