Explanatory Answer

A. We did a pilot training program with a group of employees. Post the program, one of the participants was open to new ideas. – This has a logical fallacy because if a program has already been conducted, what is the need for yet another one? This can be eliminated since we are looking for an option that has the least logical fallacy.
B. This program should be good for our organization since it is designed by a leading consultant. – This is a sweeping statement and is bound to be logically fallible. “A leading consultant” need not generally design a program that is specifically “good” for THIS organization. There is no ground to prove this. Hence, this can be eliminated.
C. Internal studies conducted across groups and locations showed that 'openness' increases innovation. – There is a preliminary study of sorts that seems to suggest the need for a training program. This has the least logical fallacy. Hence, this is our answer choice.
D. We have only two options; we can either train our employees on 'openness' or suffer the consequences. – There is no logic at all to back this up. Hence, it is prone to fallacy.
E. If you really care about the organization, you should approve this training program. – This option can be eliminated for the same reasons as option D.

Choice C is the correct answer.
