Option E is the correct answer.
Sentences B, D and F are grammatically correct.

'Less' is used with uncountable nouns, not countable nouns. In sentence A, 'fewer' is the correct word to use.
In sentence C, the use of 'from' is incorrect. 'Since' is used to indicate something that started in the past and is still continuing in the present, as is the case here. 'From', on the other hand, is paired with 'to', 'till' or 'until' to indicate a duration or it can refer to the start of an action that is now complete.
In sentence E, the use of 'that' is incorrect. The relative pronoun 'who' is used to refer to people. 'That' is used to refer to things or animals.
