50 Days to go!
I would love to tell you that there is still a lot of time for CAT preparation. But I cannot, because there isn’t. But what little time is left can still be put to fantastic use if you are prepared to hustle hard.
We have a wonderful Crash Course that is available at an introductory price of Rs. 7,500 till October 7th (Price will be back to Rs. 10000 from October 8th).
Course can be availed here: https://learn.2iim.com/learn/CAT-Crash-Course-2019
The Course includes the following modules – Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Revision Classes, 5000+ CAT level questions & 12 Test Mock Series.
There probably isn’t enough time, pick your battles
Normally, we would learn fundamentals, then move on to practice and finally go for mocks. Now, with a mere 50 odd days to go for CAT, you will have to simultaneously learn, practice and take mocks. 2IIM’s Crash course lets you do just that.
The Course is modularised and gives you the option of learning one idea at a time. You can learn an idea, practice a set of questions, take a quiz and then move to the next idea
or
If you already know a topic, you can skip the video, quickly go through the slides and then proceed onto take tests and jump to the next idea, or go back to square one, if you feel your basics are not enough for a specific topic/idea.
If you start now, you can ace CAT. Grander things have been accomplished in shorter spells. Do not die wondering.
Throw the kitchen sink at CAT
Sacrifice binge-watching, social media and eating out for 7 weeks and you have just carved out 200 hours of preparation. If you are ambitious and sharp, it would be an absolute travesty if you did not go berserk with preparation in this last lap. You cannot attend 200 hours of classroom coaching in 50 days, but you can sit in front of a laptop and accomplish way more than that with 2IIM’s Crash course. Give it a go, do not die wondering.
Rajesh Balasubramanian takes the CAT every year and is a 4-time CAT 100 percentiler. He likes few things more than teaching Math and insists to this day that he is a better teacher than exam-taker.
