Wondering which B-schools will accept 85+ for MBA admission? Worried if you miss out the chance to join your dream b – school even after scoring 85+ percentile? While some may think there aren’t many options to choose from with this score, but the actual story is slightly different. Read on to know the full story!
1. K .J. Somaiya
KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) is one of the oldest B-schools in the country. It was established in the year 1981 and carries a legacy of almost 4 decades with it. It features in the top B-schools in the country. SIMSR is located in Mumbai and so it attracts a lot of companies on campus from different industries for hiring a great talent pool.
2. LBSIM, Delhi
LBSIM is also a very good place to study and build your career. It offers a two years PGDM program in management. Being situated at the heart of Delhi, this college attracts a lot of good companies. The placement is also decent and students are placed at reputed companies.
3. LIBA, Chennai
LIBA is located at the heart of Chennai. The course that they offer is really good. They know their stuff and teach well. The placement is also decent. Students can also build fabulous careers after doing MBA from this college.
4. TAPMI
TAPMI is one of the B-schools that have featured in many lists of the ‘Best B-schools in India’. It was established in the year 1980 and carries a legacy of around 40 years with it. Despite being a private college, TAPMI has managed to make its own place in the lists of best b-schools in India. The placement is also decent and ROI has gone up as compared to the previous years.
5. BIM, Trichy
BIM Trichy is one of the best-known b-schools in India. BIM Trichy’s flagship MBA program is a two-year full-time residential AICTE-approved program with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, Systems, Operations, and Human Resources Management. Shortlisting applicants for admission to the MBA program at BIM Trichy is based on CAT scores. Before the final decision is made, candidates who have been selected based on their CAT score will be invited to a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
6. Welingkar, Mumbai
Welingkar has come a long way from being a low-ranked b -school to its current position. The placements are decent enough and the roles offered to the students during campus placement are also good.
7. SRCC, Delhi
SRCC-GBO is an undervalued course that has the potential to be in the top league of management courses offered in the country. Also, it has the SRCC Brand value – which is considered to be the best place to study commerce in INDIA. GBO will for sure provide a platform to kick start your career but it all depends on how you mold yourself to get maximum benefits.
8. FMS, BHU
BHU is considered to be one of the oldest universities in India. The professors are well qualified in their field and, the 2 years program that they offer is also. Placements are decent and, those who are looking to build a good career after two years should consider FMS, BHU.
